Характеристика производящего хозяйства средневекового населения Полютова (Роданова) городища

В статье дается краткая характеристика видов производящего хозяйства: земледелия и животноводства средневековой общины. В исследовании объединены результаты раскопок 1936-1937 гг. и
2016-2021 гг., 2023 г. Полютова (Роданова), городища. Наступление средневекового климатического оптимума совпадает с изменением хозяйственно-культурного типа. Создаются благоприятные условия для занятия земледелием. Меняются способы обработки земли, сбора урожая, количество которого неуклонно росло, совершенствуется конструкция ям-кладовок, для хранения выращенных злаков, а также меняются способы их обработки. Предположения подтверждаются находками последних лет: ральник, фрагменты косы горбуши и серпа, большая яма-кладовка, фрагменты жерновов. Остеологический анализ свидетельствует о развитом животноводстве, с преобладанием мясо-молочного направления. Население городища использовало сырье, которое давал скот: шерсть, кожу, кости. Выделяются производственные занятия: прядение, обработка кожи и изготовление предметов из нее, косторезное производство, возможно, ткачество. Скот мог применяться в качестве тягловой силы. Материалы открывают перспективы для дальнейших публикаций и научных обсуждений.
