«Молочная водка» и перегонные аппараты в таштыкской культуре?

В статье анализируются археологические материалы II–III вв. н.э. из Оглахтинского могильника, которые указывают на существование в таштыкской культурной среде перегонных аппаратов и «молочной водки». Находки в двух оглахтинских могилах абсолютно идентичных наборов посуды, связанных с изготовлением и хранением крепкого алкоголя, впервые позволяют говорить об устойчивой традиции снабжения умерших перегонными аппаратами. На основе археологических и этнографических данных делается вывод о бытовании в Саянском регионе перегонного устройства с внутренним сбором спиртового конденсата в деревянной чаше с характерным сливным желобом. Надежные аналоги подобных деталей дистилляторов в хуннских комплексах Центральной Азии и отсутствие таковых в погребениях скифского периода дают основания говорить о распространении «молочной водки» в скотоводческих культурах именно в хуннский период. Реконструируемый тип перегонного аппарата дожил в Южной Сибири до этнографической современности, что может объясняться универсальностью и простотой его использования.
